Age Connect Fund

Age Concern Nelson Tasman has established a Community Group Fund with the Top of the South Community Foundation to support older people to age with dignity, independence and connection for generations to come.

Age Concern Nelson Tasman is the region's leading charity dedicated to the wellbeing of older people. Through a small professional team and trained volunteers, we help older people and their whānau stay safe, informed, respected, and connected to community life.

We provide trusted advice, our accredited Visiting Service to reduce loneliness, care relief for older carers, and community programmes that promote wellbeing and independence.

We also offer specialised support to prevent and respond to elder abuse ensuring every older person in Nelson Tasman is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
