Te Tauihu Environment Trust has established a Community Group Fund with the Top of the South Community Foundation to support community led conservation across Te Tauihu for generations to come.

Te Tauihu Environment Trust supports community-led conservation across the top of the South Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.

For more than 25 years, we have worked alongside local groups, iwi, landowners and volunteers to restore ecosystems and protect native wildlife.

Our Nature Legacy Fund provides long-term support for grassroots environmental projects across the region - from large landscape restoration initiatives to volunteer-led trapping, planting, and habitat protection.

By building a permanent endowment, the fund helps ensure communities have the resources they need to care for nature for generations to come.
