Exciting home build with Signature Homes underway
20 December, 2021

We are thrilled to announce a new home build in an exciting partnership with our Platinum sponsors, Signature Homes Nelson & Tasman. The build is currently underway in Richmond.

Signature Homes Nelson & Tasman owner Simon Bixley is excited about the Charity build’s progress. “Currently cladding work is almost complete, while work continues inside the house with the gib stoppers doing their thing with painting to follow.”

Following the sale of the property, local charities will ultimately benefit from a new endowment fund to be established with the Top of the South Community Foundation.

“My wife Jodie and I are very optimistic with what the end result will provide for our community. We couldn’t be prouder of this venture with Gavin and his team at the Top of the South Community Foundation,” said Simon.

“We know it’s been a challenging couple of years for everyone, and we are so pleased that this exciting project will make a positive difference to our local community. We hope everyone has a great break and a very Merry Xmas. Bring on 2022 and the completion of this really worthwhile project.” Simon said.

We’ll have more updates early next year on the progress of this very exciting home build project. Stay tuned!
