Every year, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we're able to provide funding for local organisations making a real difference across Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough and Golden Bay.

In 2026 we're running one combined Grant Round across all of our funds. This means one window to apply, with multiple funds to consider depending on your mahi and location.

2026 Grant Round — Save the Date

This year's grant round opens 1 June and closes 30 June 2026.

Applications are not yet open, but we encourage you to review the available funds and start thinking about whether your project is a good fit.

Grants of up to $10,000 are available depending on the fund.

 

GSG Wilson Fund
Supporting vulnerable and underprivileged families across the Tasman–Nelson region, including individuals whose circumstances affect household wellbeing.
Grants up to $10,000
 
Nelson Tasman Environment Fund
Projects that help native species and ecosystems thrive in Nelson and Tasman.
Grants up to $5,000
 
Golden Bay Fund
Projects that support the community and natural environment in Golden Bay.
Grants up to $3,000
 
General Fund
Supporting charitable purposes across Te Tauihu, with a focus on helping those who need a hand up.
Grants up to $3,000
 
Children and Youth Development Fund
Children and youth development initiatives in Nelson and Tasman, targeting those who need support to thrive.
Grants up to $2,000
 
Employment Support Marlborough
Employment initiatives in Marlborough that support people into meaningful work.
Grants up to $5,000
 
Marlborough Environment Fund
Projects supporting Marlborough's natural environment.
Grants up to $10,000
