Exciting new relationship confirmed
24 March, 2022

Recently we outlined the exciting grants round that was completed in late 2021 by Top of the South Community Foundation on behalf of the Tindall Foundation (TTF), with thirteen local charitable organisations from Marlborough, Nelson, and Tasman receiving TTF grants.

Here at Top of the South we assisted TTF by way of promoting the funding round, completing follow-up work with the successful organisations, and then coordinating good news stories through various comms channels.

Subsequent to the funding round we received the positive news that we had gained formal TTF Local Allocation Committee (LAC) status, which was just awesome to hear. This new status means we will now formally assist TTF with their annual funding rounds, being the official ‘eyes and ears’ for TTF around the Te Tauihu region.

TTF are a proven and reputable NZ-wide funder and establishing this new partnership is a really positive step forward for us as we grow our funding profile around the region.

Martina O’Driscoll, Funding and Relationships Manager at TTF, said, “We were thrilled to confirm with Gavin and his team at Top of the South their new LAC status with us.

“It has been fantastic working with Top of the South Community Foundation over the last year and watching them grow and really starting to make an impact across their region. We now look forward to growing our partnership together, and at TTF we wish them all the best for great 2022.”

TTF will open their Top of the South funding round in mid-June, and we’ll promote this to charitable organisations in the near future, along with information about our own 2022 grants round.
